Owner Debbie Pazos

Debbie Pazos was born and raised in New York City. She worked at 3 star Michelin rated French Seafood restaurant Le-Bernandin in New York City for seven years working along side Maitre’D Ben Chekroun. It was while working there that she met her husband Luis Pazos. After three years of dating, they married in 2012 and began their family, deciding that the best place to raise their children would be in Vermont. So in 2013 they purchased a home in Manchester Center and have since added two more babies to their family. With her and her husbands experience in the industry they decided to open Social House.

“Working at such a high end fine dining establishment where I learned the fundamentals of great service and making the guest feel at home, it was an honor to be able to work at Le-Bernardin and learn from everyone as part of that team”

Owner Luis Pazos

Luis Pazos was born and raised in Maspeth Queens. While attending the New York School Interior Design, Luis started working in the hospitality industry to pay for his schooling. Even-though his focus was to become an architect, he grew to have a passion for the dining world as well. Slowly but surely he worked himself up, while attending school, to wound up at the best restaurant in NYC and top 50 world-wide, Le Bernardin. In the summer of 2013, Luis & his wife, Debbie Pazos ( also worked at the world acclaimed restaurant Le Bernardin ) moved to Vermont to start raising a family of their own. In 2019 the couple decided to open up Social House restaurant in Manchester Center, VT. From year to date, SoHo ( Social House ), has come a long way and is now regarded a staple in this quaint town. At the end of the day, Luis’ objective day in & out is to make sure all his guests leave welcomed, satisfied & wanting to come back.
